DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICIES
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Dispatch time estimates are currently 1-3 working days, but these are subject to change in peak times. Please remember that any optional delivery upgrades DO NOT decrease the production time – they ONLY effect the delivery time.
Delivery charges vary according to items ordered and shipping location – your basket will display a full breakdown of costs, along with optional shipping upgrades if they are available.
UK delivery time estimates:
RM24 – 3-5 working days after dispatch
Tracked 48 – 2 working days after dispatch
Tracked 24 – 1 working day after dispatch
Special Delivery – Next day guaranteed after dispatch
Orders outside of the UK will be quoted delivery estimates at checkout once your address has been entered.
International customers are responsible for paying any tariffs, taxes or customs charges that arise from their orders.
If you have purchased a shipping service with tracking, tracking detail will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted on all non-personalized items that are in new and as delivered condition. If returned products are deemed by Dapple & Dot to have been handled any more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function then the value of the return may be deducted from.
Personalized products can only be returned if an error in production has been made by Dapple & Dot, or if they are faulty.
Customers have 14 days after their order has been delivered to get in touch with Dapple & Dot if they would like to return parts or the whole of their order. Once a return has been agreed, customers will have 14 days to send back the item/s.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer UNLESS the item/s are being returned due to fault of Dapple & Dot. The original standard postage cost will be refunded to the customer when the return is processed – this does NOT include any shipping upgrades chosen at checkout. For example, if standard shipping is £3 but the customer chose express at £7, only the £3 will be included in the refund.
Dapple & Dot will process refunds without undue delay (typically within a week). This process will not take longer than 14 days after we have received back the item/s. All reimbursements will be made via the same means of payment that the consumer has used for the initial transaction.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Delivery estimates may be provided at checkout, but please be aware that these are estimates and actual delivery times will vary according to season and Royal Mail’s own processing times.
Royal Mail specifies these timeframes to count a parcel as lost in their systems:
UK – 10 working days from the estimated delivery date
Europe – 20 working days from the estimated delivery date
Rest of the World – 25 working days from the estimated delivery date
