How long will delivery take?

All wooden items are made to order, so please check my current production times and delivery times in your basket/on the banner at the top of the shop. If your order has gone over the production times and you still haven't received a dispatch notification, please drop me a line so I can check your order for you. Emails can occasionally get sent to my junk folder (and Insta DMs go to my requests folder that I don't always see), so the easiest way to do this is via my contact form here.

Please remember that sometimes international packages are held at customs. I will do everything I can to dispatch your order on time, but customs delays are unfortunately out of my control.

Some delivery upgrades are available in your basket at additional cost. If you need your item urgently I highly recommend choosing a tracked upgrade. If you choose not to purchase a speedier delivery upgrade, I'm afraid I will not be able to rush your order any faster. Please note that purchasing a delivery upgrade DOES NOT change the dispatch speeds.


If you would like an item urgently, please email me BEFORE placing your order so I can let you know if it is possible or not.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges vary according to the destination country, the value of the order and the service selected. An accurate delivery cost estimate will be provided at checkout for you so please have a look there! 

Please note that we are based in the UK - international deliveries may be subject to further import taxes or customs fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to research and pay these fees - we are not responsible for any further costs incurred!

 

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

Do you do custom design orders?

I'm afraid that I can't take individual custom design orders, but I have plenty of products on my website that can have a personalised message printed on them! If you are interested in a larger batch of custom design products (eg wedding favours) or would like to get in touch about a different type of project, please get in touch via my contact form with more details, because I LOVE hearing about your ideas and would love to help if I have availability!

 

My order smells like paint, is this normal?

Very occasionally printed wooden items might smell of paint - don't worry! This just means they need a little bit more curing, which can be done by leaving them for a day or two on a windowsill (indoors) so the sunlight can reach them.

 

Can I hang wooden products outdoors?

I don't recommend using wooden items outdoors as they are not varnished against water. If they get excessively wet the wood will swell, which can cause the pieces to crack. Please use your items indoors only!

 

Can you send my order directly to the recipient?

Yes! I don't include prices on my invoices as standard. If you would like to add a gift message to your order, please drop me a message via my contact form directly after placing your order so I can add it on for you (please include your order number in the email!).


Do you accept wholesale orders?

I have paused wholesale since officially buying the rights to my designs as I need to figure out what wholesale production will look like for Dapple 2.0 - I am very sorry about this but don't want to mess any of my wonderful stockists around until I have solid plans in place for the future. If you would like to know when I go live again, please drop me a message and I will add you to my list!


Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

I only accept refunds on generic items (as long as agreed between buyer and seller), or on personalised items where we have made an error in personalisation, packing or shipping. I do not offer exchanges for items unless we have made an error in personalisation, packing or shipping.
